Your Right to Opt Out
My Debt Options, a brand operated by Loyalty LTD, does not sell your personal information for money. However, we may share information you submit with third-party debt relief providers and marketing partners, and certain sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA. You have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information.
How to Opt Out
To exercise your opt-out right, you may:
- Email us at info@mydebtoptions.org with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information."
- Submit a request through the Contact page.
Please include your name, email address, and phone number so we can identify and honor your request. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with written permission or a valid power of attorney.
What Happens After You Opt Out
Once we process your request, we will stop selling or sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. Opting out does not affect disclosures we make at your direction, such as sharing your information with a debt relief provider when you ask us to connect you. We will honor your opt-out for at least twelve (12) months before asking you to reconfirm.
